The question was who is going to determine "reasonable gun control?" as it is an accepted law or regulation. The second amendment says the Government "SHALL NOT INFRINGE UPON" the right to keep and bear arms!!!!! DOESN'T ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE WORD "INFRINGE" MEANS????? There is no reasonable gun control.
