I second that.  If he is caught and is found to be a citizen of good standing, maybe we can use the case and take it as far as we have to.  I would like to hear what the SCOTUS would rule in a case like this.</description>

		<description>Another reason the Illinois concealed carry ban is unfortunate is that the citizen who defended himself no doubt fled the scene for fear of procecution.  As such, the most important potential witness against the assailant is now not available to the States Attorney or the police.</description>
