I just wanted to make a few notes relating to LearnAboutGuns.com:
1. I recently changed the anti-spam system that I use to block spam comments. I thought it was working fine, and apparently it was for most commentors. However at least two people’s comments were being blocked. I’ve therefore gone back to the older (more reliable) anti spam system to fix this problem. If anyone still has any problems commenting on articles, please let me know.
2. I’ve also had a major increase in spam on the discussion forum. Since most discussion on this website happens in the form of comments, and I was unable to find an effective means of blocking the forum spam, I’ve removed the discussion forum for the time being.
3. Studying for the bar exam while working full time is proving more time consuming than I expected. As a result, for the next 5 weeks or so, I may only post articles on weekdays. To be clear, I thoroughly enjoy writing articles here, and plan to do so for the foreseeable future. This reduction in output is just a temporary measure to help ensure that I am properly prepared for the bar exam.
Please DO spend whatever time you need, studying for the bar exam.
We need more pro-gun rights attorneys, for sure.
