Some Chicago-area police officers ordered this cake from her, and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to post a picture. They stated only that they wanted “pistols” on the cake, so we picked a couple of my favorites. On the left is a Springfield XD, and on the right is a Glock 22 (both chambered for .40 S&W). The icing is chocolate buttercream, and the pictures of the pistols were applied by a rather cool printer that outputs edible coloring.
