A Canton, MI concealed carry permit holder lawfully used his gun to stop a bank robber:
The robber entered the Comerica bank at 45420 Michigan Ave, in Canton, MI, and handed the teller a note saying that he had a bomb. A second teller told another bank customer, who had a concealed carry permit, what was happening. That customer drew his gun and held the bank robber until the police arrived. This is yet another example of how concealed carry protects us all.
Hedge funds performed badly last year but their historical track record is much better. Most investors hardly made enough to beat the inflation since 2000, however, hedge fund investors outperformed the market by taking much less risk. In 2008 they outperformed the market by nearly 20 percentage points. Yes, they lost money but it was much less than the market's loss.
