Apartment Renter Fends Off 4 Home Invaders with His Shotgun

As reported, four men kicked in an apartment’s door in Sacramento, CA.  The apartment renter grabbed his shotgun, and opened fire in self defense.  The four men fled, and the home owner was unharmed.  Police blocked off the neighborhood and began a thorough search for the men, however it is unclear whether they were apprehended.

Once again, a gun in the hands of a law abiding citizen enables that citizen to defend themselves against quite a few attackers.  Had this man been unarmed, it is hard to imagine that he would have been able to fight off 4 men by himself.  Luckily, he was armed, and was therefore unharmed.  Hopefully the criminals will be captured, but if not they will certainly think twice about trying to break into that apartment again.
