Those opposed to gun rights are trotting out the idea of gun manufacturer liability again, despite the fact that the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (“PLCAA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 7901-7903 (a Federal law) has made clear such liability does not exist:
