Liberal Gun Owners

In the wake of my articles discussing the pro gun republican candidate(s) and anti gun democratic candidates, I just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that it is not only conservatives who support gun rights.  This author is not a die hard conservative, and neither are these gun owners.  There are people from every part of the country and every political background who support gun rights.

  2. Glad to see some libs sticking up for the 2nd. anyone here see the “if I only had a gun” 20/20 vid. It made me sick, to onesided and there tests where meant to fail. Sad day when the media turns out a piece of rubbish like this. a very middle ground voter

  3. James thank you for pointing out the obvious, I have been around guns my whole life and watched them correctly do what they intended too. These liberal media stations love to twist things out of proportion, and the funny thing is I am mostly liberal. Guns in the hands of civilians that deserve them, I think that is real security, fuck adt.

  4. I am very, very liberal, but own many guns. I did vote for Obama despite his historically anti-gun stance. How is that possible you ask? The truth is that there are many policy issues that for me, take precedence over my concern for gun rights. I also sent him a number of emails expressing my support for him, and my concern about his stance on gun ownership.

    Hopefully by the end of Obama's presidency, we'll have universal health care (like mostly every other first world country in the world), have our troops the hell out of the middle east, reduce the capacity of banks and speculators to drive inflation and screw our economy, break our addiction to coal and oil, AND still be able to keep our guns.

    Only time will tell.

    1. Awesome! I completely agree. I consider myself liberal, voted for Obama, AND love shooting. I think people would be surprised just how many liberal gun owners there really are.
