I previously discussed how Brandon Starks, a convicted felon, unlawfully used a handgun to commit armed robbery at the People’s Market in Waukegan, IL – and was shot and killed in self defense by his would-be victim. Today, a grand jury cleared the clerk of wrongdoing.
