As reported, the owner of a Philadelphia corner store used his gun to stop 3 armed robbers.
Police say that three robbers entered Miss Jessie’s Stop N Shop, which is located on the 900 block of South 12th St, at around 8:30 a.m., with a gun and announced a robbery. The store owner is said to have drew and fired his own gun, striking one robber and sending the others fleeing. One robbery suspect was pronounced dead at the scene, and a second suspect was taken into custody, while police continue to seek the third suspect, according to news reports. No injuries to the store owner were reported.
